Upon discovery of your loss or theft, follow these simple instructions:

1) Report loss/theft to local police within 24 hours.
2) Within 30 days after returning home, send a notarized written report with your official police report and your replacement ticket receipt to us. You will be reimbused for the unused portion of the original pass.
