If you are applying for a student ISE Card, you must provide proof of your student status by sending a copy of one of the following:

• Valid student ID
• Current class schedule
• Tuition receipt
• Transcript
• Letter from the Admissions or Dean's Office

If you ordered a Youth or Faculty/Teacher identification card, please send proof of your date of birth or verification of your faculty appointment.

Instructions on how to send your proof will be provided after your order is placed, and within the order confirmation which will be emailed after your order has been received.
