The ISE Card guarantees that it's discounts meet or exceed the discounts offered by any other student discount card for the same product or service from the same vendor, or ISE Cards will refund to the ISE cardholder double the discount difference plus extend the validity of the ISE Card for one year free of charge.
If you made a purchase from an establishment and found that a discount larger than the one offered with the ISE Card would have been available, please do the following:

Advise ISE Cards Head Office that you wish to take advantage of the guarantee. |
| 2. |
Send us copies of the receipt or bill showing the amount you paid and the amount of the ISE discount granted to you. |
| 3. |
Indicate the amount of the discount offered by this establishment to holders of another student discount card and indicate the name of the other card. |
| 4. |
Provide the name, address and telephone number of the establishment, the date and time of your purchase and the name of the person serving you. |
