Need some extra cash? Find businesses in your area to give a discount for the ISE Card, and earn $5 for each one you sign up! Here's how the program works:

Get any business in your area to offer a discount for the ISE Card. They will need to fill out the Discount Information Form. (Acrobat Reader 3.0+ required. See below.) |

Send the completed and signed original form along with your contact information (including your name, address, phone number, and email) to ISE Cards, Attn: Merchants Department, 11043 N. Saint Andrew's Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. |

We will call each establishment to confirm the discount, then send you a check! |
You can earn extra money if the merchant agrees to enhance their listing with us. This includes their company information appearing in bold, with a link to an email and web address, and their logo placed next to their listing. The charge is $100 to them, paid by check or credit card, and you will earn $20 of that money!
